What if I no longer have access to the email address I used to register with on Restaurant.com?

If you can’t access the email linked to your account, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Just follow these steps to request an email update:


Step 1: Send Us an Email

  •     Email us at support@restaurant.com.

Step 2: Use the Right Subject Line

  •     In the subject line, write: Request to Update Account Email.

Step 3: Include the Following in Your Message:

  1. The reason you’re requesting the change.
  2. Your registered full name and email address currently linked to the account.
  3. The new email address you want to use.
  4. Proof of ownership of the account, such as:
  • Certificate codes from past purchases.
  • Order numbers from previous Restaurant.com orders.
  • Restaurant.com card numbers associated with your account.
