How Do I Exchange a Certificate?

If you have Unused Certificates in your account, you can exchange them for Points to use toward your Restaurant.com Membership.  Remember, your certificates are still valid for use and Membership does not start until October 27th, 2026.

1. Log in to your Restaurant.com account.
2. Click “My Deals” in the header.
3. Find any deal marked “Unused.”
4. Click the “Exchange” button.
5. You’ll see the number of Points the Certificate is worth.
6. Click “Confirm” if you’d like to proceed with the exchange.

Once the exchange is complete, your Points Balance at the top of the screen will increase, and the Certificate will be marked “Exchanged.”
