Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Log In to Your Restaurant.com Account
- Begin by visiting Restaurant.com and 'Log In' to your existing account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Profile Section and Check Your Points Balance
- Once logged in, you'll be directly routed to "My Account."
- You can check how many points you have on your account by clicking on "My Points." Once you have verified your points, click on "Find Restaurants" under the navigation bar at the top to start searching and choosing a restaurant.
Step 3: Search for Restaurants by Location
- On the "Find Restaurants" page, you'll see a default location in the search tab. If you want a different location, simply click on it, delete the current information, and enter a new city, state, or zip code, then click "Search."
Step 4: Identify Restaurants with Deals/Certificate Options
- Once you've searched for the list of restaurants, choose a restaurant that has the 'Exclusive Deals' banner, as these are the restaurants that offer deals. Alternatively, you can filter your list by turning on the "Show deals only" option located on the left side of the page.
Step 5: Select a Restaurant and View Its Deals
- Choose a restaurant within the list and click on it. Once you click on the restaurant, it will provide you with that restaurant's "Exclusive deals" tab, which shows how many deals they are offering and for what denominations.
Step 6: Review Deal Terms
- Choose any of the deals that the restaurant offers and click the underlined statement "view terms" to understand what the deal is all about, including any restrictions or requirements.
Step 7: Add the Deal to Your Cart
Step 8: Proceed to Checkout
- At the cart section, simply click on the "Proceed to checkout" button.
Step 9: Complete Your Order with Points
- At checkout, your points will automatically be applied if you have enough points to utilize in purchasing the deal(s). Once you've verified that your points have been applied, click on the "Complete Your Order" button.
After Your Purchase:
Once your order is complete, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. The deal or certificate you just purchased will instantly be available within your Restaurant.com account under the "My Certificates" section.
When you're ready to use your deal, you have two convenient options; you can either print out your certificate, or present it virtually using your mobile device when you dine in at the restaurant.
