When a restaurant is no longer participating in Restaurant.com, its offers are longer available.
Restaurants can leave the Restaurant.com program, change their offers, sell their business, or close.
Restaurant.com periodically reviews participating restaurants to help ensure that available offers are current.
When this happens, any Unused Certificates for that restaurant are exchanged for a points credit to your account.
Those points will be available to be used toward Membership, giving you access to all currently available Restaurant.com restaurants and offers rather than leaving you with a certificate that can no longer be used.
